Our food philosophy centers on the love for wholesome good food and of course a bounty of veggies. We use fresh produce, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and homemade ferments. Everything, from pickles to sauces, is crafted in-house with organic ingredients. We use conventional ingredients only when specialty ingredients ie. Thai basil are not available. Our well-balanced seasoning includes olive oil, sea salt, fresh herbs, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, and our house spice blends.
