Black Bean and Beet Burgers

Burger Ingredients: Beets, black beans, hemp seeds, quinoa, Live’ Beet & Basil Dip, flax, walnuts, onions, extra virgin olive oil, fine grey salt, black pepper, garlic.
Chipotle Hemp Mayo Ingredients: hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, miso, lemon juice, chipotle powder, pink salt.
Instructions: Can be heated from fresh or frozen.
Bake in a nonstick pan at 375 for 30 minutes - flip at 15 minutes.
Fry lightly in olive oil on low-medium heat for 4-5 minutes until golden and warm inside
Shelf life = 5 days refrigerated (can be frozen indefinitely)
